Living in Uncertainty. What does the Bible say?

Living in Peace vs. Fear

Peace: Knowing God will speak strategy – Daniel 2: 19-23
Blessed be the name of God forever and ever,
To whom belong wisdom and might.
He changes times and seasons.
He removes kings and sets up kings.
He gives wisdom to the wise
And knowledge to those who have understanding.
He reveals deep and hidden things.
He knows what is in the darkness,
And the light dwells with him.
To you, O God of my fathers,
I give thanks and praise,
For you have given me wisdom and might,
And have now made known to me what we asked of you,
For you have made known to us the king’s matter.”

No Fear: No one wants to hear you saying, “the sky is falling” – 2 Tim 1:6-7
For this reason, I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands, for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

Therefore, do not be anxious, saying “What shall we eat?” or what shall we drink?’ or “what shall we wear? For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father know that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
